  1. This is so good, Michelle! I especially appreciate 2 & 3, and I think they go together a lot for me because when I have a stronghold, I’m often too proud to recognize it as one or to admit it. But God already knows what’s going on, so the sooner I surrender and let go of my pride, the sooner He can start to work in my life again. Thanks for your words of wisdom and all the Scriptures you shared!

  2. Jordane Gray says:

You know those thoughts came into my mind saying one of the reason i am not trusting is because of pride and so i feel as if i can handle some situations and give some to God. I ask the Lord that he give me a humbled heart. That’s main reason of walking in his marvelous light when the holy spirit convict us of our sins and we confess them to him, he is always just, Faithful and true to forgive us!

    • Pat Cain says:

Yes I to have problem of letting go and letting God take control bc I know God doesn’t need my help bc He is all knowing I simply have a problem letting go. I am ashame of my actions and I feel guilty all the time bc I know I am wrong.

  3. Yes that is true I’ve been struggling letting go and let God take control of my life

  4. Beth K RitterPerry says:

This is SOOOOO rich, richer than that tub of ice cream! Thanks, sis. Much luv!

  5. Polly says:

Angexity. Booming acting on it not giving it to God praying to be release over and over but still angexity

  6. Kenneth Gray says:

    Hello,

“Let go and let God”. I don’t know how to actually do that. Reading scripture and praying don’t tell you “how”. It was easy to trust God with my troubles and problems when I was “new” to Christianity. Easy to believe that God would take care of it. Then years pass and the troubles/problems persist. That is when trust that God will help starts to decline. Making it harder to bring your troubles/problems to God. Now decades pass and God still hasn’t done anything about your troubles/problems. Trust in God disintegrates until it no longer exists. Then you just can’t bring your troubles/problems to a God that has proven, by His lack of action, that He doesn’t care about our troubles/problems. When God never takes care of your troubles/problems faith, hope, and trust fail.

God bless you, through the Holy Spirit, in Jesus holy name, Amen.

  7. Paris says:

With all Ive learned over these years, sometimes words just can’t explain. We are suppose to be all United. How do you fix what’s broken. Just wonder am I going the right direction, or am I going backwards?

  8. Linda Clarke says:

I was trying to put together a devotional for the ladies in my Bible study. I wanted this exact message about giving up control to God. the way you describe things is so uplifting, full of wisdom and faith. It says below after you finished this beautiful devotion, to share to post. So I am so excited to do just that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
