For a number of weeks now, I have been playing around with the idea of how I can make this tribe of Girls After Truth more connected? And what I could do for them that would actually be something fun but helpful?

If you’re anything like me, you love a good Q&A.

Seriously, what is more fun than scrolling through the answers people post to questions? Sometimes the answers and deep and thought-provoking, and other times it has you rollin’ on your sides until your chest starts having Sp.A.s.M.s. Either way, it is a super fun time!

Well, I wanted to create a safe, faith-based space for faith-lovin’ girls to discuss a range of RELEVANT topics to young women today. From questions about dating to singleness, and from an identity crisis to overcoming fear, (and SO much more!) this Christian Facebook group (for girls only!) is a safe space for you to connect with other girls just like you and find a super-inclusive community!

So, talk it out — see what the perspectives of other people are on topics that are truly relevant to Christian girls in the secular world that we live in today! We are all here to encourage each other in our walk and journey with God! The heart of the group? To dive deep into discussions about biblical truths and point each other towards Jesus!

The Vision: To Be a Place RICH with Relevant Topics for the Modern Christian Girl

The vision is for the Girl After Truth Facebook group to become a resource absolutely rich with information on all ’em pesky issues that girls face today!

This group sorts out its posts based on ‘categories’. Including but not excluding; dating, singleness, identity, mental health, work, friendships, family relationships, fear and SO MUCH MORE! So, one day, the dream is to have enough answers that any girl can easily search the group for resources to things that they might be going through or thoughts that they might be having.

SOOOO! Invite your friends and participate in this group! Ask questions, answer questions and let’s build up a community where Jesus lovin’ girls help other Jesus lovin’ girls too!

It Your Chance to Be God’s Hands & Feet! (And Have TONS of FUN While Doing It!)

THIS is NOT a time to wait around. 

Even though we are all in isolation (because of a certain global crisis!) , we are called to create community and do something to not only help ourselves, but to help someone else too! So, even if there aren’t any questions on your own mind, this is also a group where you can share encouraging things that God has been revealing to you — and a place where you can help to provide some answers to another girl!

We are called to be God’s hands and feet. Not just talk about being His hands and feet! (whoooa! that was a little bit convicting aye!) If Queen Esther were here she would say that you were made for such a time as this! So what’a’ya waitin’ for?? Get amongst it!

Bi-Monthly Messages with Open Discussion

Asides from the regular open Q&A’s that are hosted, twice a month, I will be hosting twice-monthly talks on topics relatable to the modern Christian girl such as modesty, biblical femininity, Christian dating and being a believer in a secular world. Following that, there will be open discussion in the comments section where you can discuss with other group members what your thoughts on the topic are.

As you know, I like to dive deep into relevant issues. And so, if you would like to partake in the open discussions with an active community of other loving young women, then you are most certainly welcomed with open arms!

However, while open discussions are highly encouraged, but we like to keep it full of love, grace and mercy, so anybody who is found spreading hate or negativity will be removed from the group swiftly and lovingly!
